Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Medical Front Desk Receptionist to join the team at our thriving practice. As a Medical Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet patients as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.
Responsibilities- Must have superior customer service skills
- Greet patients as they arrive
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist patients with paperwork
- Light filing, faxing and billing
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment
- Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of patients throughout their visits
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with computers and scheduling software
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
