• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) or MOAB, and must pass Traveler Telemetry Competency Exam
• Certifications, Education, and Experience: 2+ years in a Level-3 or higher emergency department experience, proficiency with EPIC electronic medical record system, and valid licensure required
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
• Additional Information: Experience in handling psych, trauma, general medical, sepsis, cardiac, and stroke patients. First-time traveler consideration: yes. Floating is rare, with potential to assist in FSED or elsewhere within the healthcare providers facilities within the program.
