Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) position located in Spokane, Washington. This role involves providing emergency care in a Level III Trauma Center within a Short Term Acute Care facility. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting a diverse patient population. The schedule entails night shifts, with candidates expected to work 36 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Shift: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Washington (WA) or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license in hand; 1 year of emergency room experience; Certifications including Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC); Experience with EMR system Epic and community hospital settings.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with trauma patients, pediatric care, and ventilated patient management.
• Additional Information: Candidates should have experience with a range of emergency care procedures including intubation, management of multisystem organ failure, and handling of psychiatric or behavioral health cases. Travelers may be required to float between nearby sister facilities, and refusal to float could result in contract termination.
