Responsibilities: Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange the financing of their purchases. Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience. Work with sales management to establish and maintain a program that will ensure a 100-percent turnover to the Finance department. Work with Sales Managers to secure a reasonable profit from each transaction. Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position. Accurately desks deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals. Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines Prepares paperwork, contracts, and delivers deals Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts Qualifications: Minimum of two years of dealership experience Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures Professional personal appearance and excellent communication skills Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Basic Microsoft Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills Must possess the ability to close a deal Valid driver's license What We Offer: We offer an excellent benefits package including medical dental vision short-term disability long-term disability voluntary life insurance employee assistance program employee discounts paid vacation and holidays The Berge Group also provides employer-paid Basic Life Insurance and 401(K) with a company match.
