GPO Implementation Specialist CoC

Job Overview The CoC GPO Implementation Specialist is responsible for successfully implementing new continuum of care customers and ensuring they are connected to distributors, wholesalers, and vendors. The role supports Premier sales teams through the new member implementation and conversion process, collaborating with sales, channel partners, distributors, wholesalers, suppliers, and internal support teams. Key Responsibilities Act as the central contact for all new customer implementation or conversion projects, communicating status and results to stakeholders, including members. Track and report project progress, ensuring timely completion to meet member expectations. Analyze and adapt internal processes based on customer supply‑chain operations for each conversion. Serve as the ‘air traffic controller’ for implementation projects. Work with existing member contract connections, pursue opportunities from site expansions, renewals, and distributor/wholesaler audits, and obtain necessary paperwork. Required Qualifications At least 4 years of applicable experience. High school diploma or GED (required); bachelor’s degree preferred. Critical thinking and excellent communication skills. At least 2 years of cross‑functional project management experience. Ability to implement new business processes and modify existing ones. Strong verbal and written communication, including facilitating discussions and presentations. Experience in a healthcare or pharmacy company a plus. Preferred Qualifications Adaptability and quick change of priorities. Detail orientation and computer proficiency. Excellent interpersonal communication in person and electronic formats. Compensation and Benefits Base salary range: $72,000 – $120,000. Work Conditions Remote position; no travel required. Primarily sedentary work. Manual handling up to 10 pounds occasionally.
