Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate each client's substance use history and mental health status, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their unique challenges.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that address both the addiction and any co-occurring mental health disorders, utilizing evidence-based methodologies and best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients represent a diverse population with a range of addiction issues, including but not limited to alcohol, opioids, and other substances. Many clients also face co-occurring mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD. As a counselor, you will play a pivotal role in creating individualized treatment experiences that lead to sustainable recovery and improved mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is necessary for this role.

• Specialized training or hands-on experience in addiction counseling is highly preferred.
