Join our team in Spartanburg, SC 29301 and help commission, maintain, and repair the machinery that keeps production moving.

- Install and secure machines to exact specifications, ensuring precise alignment and leveling.
- Lead or support rigging operations for project-specific equipment moves and placements.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and resolve them swiftly with durable fixes.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to plan and verify work.
- Coordinate with teammates to refine processes and enhance productivity.
- Uphold a safe, orderly jobsite and adhere to all safety standards.
- Document all maintenance and installation work; report significant findings to management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in millwright or related field preferred.
- Proven background as a Millwright and Rigger.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and apply technical documentation and schematics.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment.
- Effective communicator and dependable team player.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime when required.
- Willing to travel as projects require; Per Diem is paid during those projects.
