Summit is seeking an experienced cook supervisor for the Corrections team in Crown Point, IN. You will coordinate and supervise food service staff in a fast-paced environment to ensure meals meet established standards. As a cook supervisor, you will instruct and train employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation; ensure timely meal service, proper portions, appearance, and temperature.
