Desktop Support Technician

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Desktop Support Technician - Imaging and Deployment to join their team onsite in Cambridge, MA and provide end-user support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Windows-based endpoints, device imaging, provisioning, and end-user deployments. Duties and Responsibilities Perform Windows-based workstation imaging, provisioning, and deployment for laptops, desktops, and other endpoint devices Prepare new devices for deployment, including operating system installation, drivers, applications, security configurations, and corporate settings Execute hardware refresh and technology deployment projects from staging through end-user delivery Skills and Qualifications Minimum 3+years of Imaging and deployment experience Experience utilizing ServiceNow system Strong technical skills Wage Range The rate for this position is between $22.50 - $30.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
