Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Forward Development Product Manager / Forward Deployed Strategist (FDS) to lead customer and business engagements, drive adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This role will serve as the bridge between business strategy, AI capabilities, product direction, and execution teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience leading cross-functional initiatives, managing executive stakeholders, driving business transformation, and identifying opportunities to leverage AI and technology to improve business processes and workflows. The candidate should be comfortable working across business, product, engineering, and technical teams while translating complex business requirements into actionable technical and product outcomes.

Required
8+ years of experience in product management, business transformation, consulting, strategy, technology program management, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
Strong experience defining engagement strategies and aligning stakeholders around measurable business outcomes.
Proven ability to manage executive-level relationships and complex stakeholder environments.
Strong understanding of business process improvement, workflow optimization, and digital transformation.
Experience identifying and implementing high-value AI, automation, or technology transformation opportunities.
Ability to translate business problems and requirements into actionable technical and product outcomes.
Experience partnering with engineering teams, technical SMEs, product teams, and business stakeholders.
Strong understanding of product and platform strategy with the ability to influence roadmap priorities based on customer and operational needs.
Proven experience driving technology adoption and organizational change across business functions.
Excellent communication, presentation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to operate effectively across business strategy, technology, product, and engineering teams.
Strong ownership mentality focused on measurable business outcomes rather than project delivery alone.

Qualifications

Experience working with AI-enabled products, platforms, or business transformation initiatives.
Experience with AI strategy, AI adoption, workflow automation, or digital transformation.
Experience influencing product or technology roadmaps based on customer needs and operational insights.
Experience working with senior executives, executive sponsors, and complex organizational stakeholders.
Experience in consulting, strategy, product management, transformation, or a forward-deployed/customer-facing technology role.
Strong understanding of enterprise technology and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
Experience with change management, organizational transformation, and technology adoption initiatives.
Ability to work remotely while being available for occasional onsite requirements at a client satellite office.
Experience delivering measurable business value through technology, AI, or workflow transformation initiatives.
