Human Resources Generalist Regular Full Time Dearborn, MI, US Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $70,000.00 Annually Overview Jackson Dawson is seeking a talented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. In this role, you'll deliver hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle—shaping policies and procedures, guiding employee relations, driving recruitment efforts, and much more. Hybrid schedule — 2 to 3 days per week in our Dearborn office Responsibilities Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, offering guidance on company policies and HR-related questions Act as the subject matter expert on employee relations; investigate concerns and resolve issues thoughtfully and fairly Partner across the full recruitment lifecycle as needs arise Draft and refine job descriptions to accurately reflect roles and expectations Manage job requisitions and postings within our ATS Coordinate a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience for employees Develop, administer, and roll out HR policies and procedures while staying current on state and federal labor laws Support internal and external audits as requested Build reports that inform program management and HR decision-making Contribute to HR projects and company-wide initiatives as assigned Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of HR experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field—equivalent experience will also be considered PHR certification preferred Strong verbal, written, and digital communication skills Excellent organizational skills with the flexibility to juggle competing priorities Hands-on experience with ATS platforms Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ADP experience a plus Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer Ability to lift up to 15 lbs on occasion Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in writing #J-18808-Ljbffr
