HR Generalist

Adient plc in Detroit is looking for an Entry level HR Generalist to support employees with HR inquiries and manage entire employee life cycles. Responsibilities include handling HR inquiries, processing HRIS transactions, and assisting with departmental HR projects. The ideal candidate should have experience with HR tools like Workday and ADP, with the ability to analyze data to suggest process improvements. This role requires working the 2nd shift from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday. #J-18808-Ljbffr
