Director of ERP Implementation (Acumatica)

Job Description

HIA is a hospitality-specific ERP platform built on Acumatica, delivering one platform for hotel accounting, consolidated financial management, and hospitality business intelligence.

We're looking for an experienced Acumatica implementation leader to build and lead our implementation team and own the delivery of every customer go-live. You'll be accountable for on-time go-lives across our customer portfolio. Our onboarding team brings deep hospitality expertise; you bring the Acumatica depth.

What You'll Do

\n

\n
• Own on-time go-live performance across all HIA implementations
\n
• Lead, hire, and develop a team of implementation specialists
\n
• Own and improve our implementation methodology, playbooks, and go-live readiness standards
\n
• Configure HIA's Acumatica-based platform across GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Purchase Orders, and Contracts
\n
• Design multi-entity structures for hotel portfolios, including intercompany and consolidated reporting
\n
• Work closely with Integration team to oversee PMS, POS, and all third-party integrations
\n
• Serve as the senior point of contact and escalation lead for customer finance leaders
\n
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to turn implementation insights into product improvements

What You Bring

\n

\n
• 3+ years of hands-on Acumatica implementation experience
\n
• Configuration experience in Acumatica Financials, Fixed Assets, Purchase Orders, and Contracts - Experience with Import Scenarios, Generic Inquiries, ARM, and Report Designer
\n
• A track record of leading full-lifecycle implementations to on-time go-lives
\n
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements Acumatica certifications (ACBC, ACAP, or similar) are strongly preferred, especially in Financials and Distribution.

Nice to Have

\n

\n
• 7+ years of ERP implementation experience, including leading a team
\n
• Experience at Acumatica, an Acumatica partner, or an Acumatica ISV
\n
• Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL, and integration tools such as Postman
\n
• Hospitality experience is a plus, not a requirement
\n

Location & Travel

Fully remote within the US, with occasional travel.
