Workplace Experience Coordinator

- Compensation: Up to $38/hour (Depending on experience)
- Experience Needed: 3–5 years of related administrative, reception, or facilities experience

- The Ultimate First Impression: Act as the primary point of contact at the Reception/Security desk, greeting visitors, issuing badges, and managing front-office logistics.
- Workplace Coordination: Assist with employee seating, collaborate with property management/landlords, and conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure the campus looks pristine and welcoming.
- Mail & Office Operations: Keep the office humming by managing mail, incoming packages (including sensitive lab materials), and tracking office inventory so the team has exactly what they need.
- High-Profile Meeting Support: Partner with Executive Assistants to provide logistics and technology/AV support for important leadership sessions, board meetings, and on-site events.
- Vendor Relationships: Be the point person for food & beverage vendors, custodial services, and office equipment partners to maintain top-tier quality standards across the campus.
