NPI Operations Program ManagerLocation: Cupertino CADuration: 10+ MonthsSchedule Notes: Hybrid roleKey Responsibilities:Lead cross-functional teams & Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) operations teams to plan, execute and report status of PRQ projects.Work with OEM to plan PRQ qualification builds, secure materials, line readiness and monitor progress PRQ builds.Manage component readiness to ensure part availability, quality and cost.Plan and seek approval for PRQ budgets.Communicate requirements and schedules to facilitate technical readiness with supply chain teams.Program manage key issues, assess associated risks and communicate clearly across all levels of organization, report current status and options for resolution to cross-functional teams and management.Role Requirements:3+ years of experience in manufacturing, project management, process engineering or product developmentResult oriented and attention to detailStrong interpersonal skills and ability to present to managementTechnical expertise and prior OEM management experienceBachelor's Degree preferably in Supply Chain/Operations, Science or Engineering. Masters or MBA are considered a plus.
