Job Full Description Do you enjoy talking to people? Are you detail-oriented? This might be a great position for you - a receptionist for a tire company. This role is responsible for scanning and matching invoices, answering incoming calls, data entry and being the face of the company!
• Monday-Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm (40 hour week) with a 30 min lunch break. Two 15 min paid breaks
• $19.00/hour, eval to hire
Job duties
• scanning sales invoices
• data entry and filing
• matching up accounts payable and receivable invoices
• answering and directing incoming calls
• Greeting and checking in guests who walk in the door
Ideally someone who detail oriented, self motivated, and able to work on their own.
Experience with Bridgestone software is a plus Green Bay, WI
