Bookkeeper

Job Title: Bookkeeper Salary: $50,000–$60,000 We are looking for a motivated Bookkeeper to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting and recordkeeping functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep financial operations running smoothly, accurately, and efficiently, while ensuring all records are properly maintained and up to date. Key Responsibilities Perform timely and accurate bank reconciliations to ensure financial data integrity Manage accounts payable, including invoice processing, vendor communication, and payment coordination Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records through consistent data entry Assist in preparing financial reports and statements for management review Ensure adherence to internal accounting policies and procedures Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements Oversee daily bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and accountability Qualifications Previous experience in a Bookkeeper role or similar accounting position Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial recordkeeping Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite Education & Experience High school diploma required; additional coursework or certification in accounting preferred Prior experience in bookkeeping or related accounting functions strongly preferred If you’re ready to contribute your skills in a collaborative environment and grow your career as a Bookkeeper, we encourage you to apply.
