This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is excited to learn, grow, and develop skills in HR analytics, operations, and process improvement within our Rapid and Molecular Diagnostics organization. Based onsite in **Lake Forest, IL**, you will gain hands-on experience working with HR data, improving processes, and supporting key people initiatives. You’ll partner closely with HR and business leaders while learning how data and technology can drive better talent decisions and business outcomes.
