Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Customer Account Representative to build strong customer relationships while supporting sales and account growth initiatives. Responsibilities * Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers. * Identify sales opportunities and recommend appropriate solutions. * Support customer follow-ups and account development activities. * Encourage repeat business through exceptional customer engagement. * Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer retention goals. * Provide professional assistance throughout the customer experience. * Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.
