Onboarding Specialist

Position OverviewWe are seeking a full-time Onboarding Specialist to join our growing pharmacy team. This role is responsible for conducting onboarding calls with providers and clinic staff as the final step of the onboarding process, ensuring clinics are prepared to begin prescribing through our pharmacy.The ideal candidate is professional, organized, comfortable speaking with providers, and able to communicate pharmacy processes clearly and confidently. Pharmacy technician experience or prior pharmacy knowledge is strongly preferred.ResponsibilitiesConduct onboarding calls with providers and clinic staffEducate clinics on pharmacy workflows, ordering procedures, and onboarding requirementsAnswer provider and clinic questions related to onboarding and pharmacy operationsEnsure onboarding documentation and setup steps are completed accuratelyCommunicate professionally with providers, office managers, and clinic staffCollaborate with sales, operations, and pharmacy teams to support successful account onboardingMaintain accurate records and follow-up communication throughout the onboarding processHelp create a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new accountsQualificationsPharmacy technician background strongly preferredPrevious pharmacy, healthcare, or medical office experience preferredExperience with Microsoft ExcelGeneral pharmacy knowledge and familiarity with pharmacy terminology preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable speaking with providers and clinic staff over the phoneHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneouslyProfessional, dependable, and team-orientedScheduleFull-time positionMonday–FridayIn-office position (Salt Lake City) #J-18808-Ljbffr
