While the core working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, flexibility is integral, as occasional evening or weekend appointments may be necessary to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health and develop tailored treatment plans that may include pre-crisis interventions, crisis management strategies, and personalized behavioral guidelines.

• Utilize evidence-based assessment tools to evaluate the mental health status of clients, ensuring that documentation meets regulatory standards and is completed in a timely manner.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement Positive Behavior Support Plans, contributing to overall client well-being.

• Maintain open and ongoing communication with clients, stakeholders, and community partners, creating a network of support to enrich client care.

• Engage in the licensing and accreditation processes, proactively ensuring that all clinical practices align with the latest standards and regulations.

• Establish and nurture relationships with local and state agencies as well as private organizations to identify and secure potential partnerships and funding opportunities.

• Continuously pursue professional development opportunities, including attending workshops, conferences, and participating in relevant statewide meetings and committees.
