We are looking for a staff member who will serve as the primary point of contact for our students, families, and teachers to ensure smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations.The desired time commitment is 20-25 hours per week. Preference will be given to candidates with greater availability, with priority given to those who are available on Saturdays.Primary responsibilities include:* Greeting families and students arriving for lessons* Responding to new lesson inquiries by phone and email* Processing enrollments, sales skills relevant* Ability to multitask effectively in a busy front-desk environment* Interfacing with teachers to help them manage their student schedules* Demonstrating basic computer proficiency to support scheduling, communication, and general administrative tasksSuccessful candidates will be organized, adaptable, and proactive self-starters with excellent communication skills and the ability to pass a routine background check. A demonstrated interest in music, education, and customer service will be considered a strong asset.Pay for this position will start at $15.50/hour, with regular reviews and opportunities for compensation growth.
