This position will work closely with ownership and executive leadership and will support a broad range of accounting and payroll functions. Perform month-end and year-end close activities Prepare financial statements and related reports Maintain the general ledger for multiple entities Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records Process and reconcile payroll, including payroll taxes and garnishments Administer employee benefits as they relate to payroll Prepare and file sales and use tax returns Prepare year-end W-2s and 1099s Assist with HR-related administrative functions Support ownership and leadership with accounting-related requests and reporting Maintain organized and accurate accounting documentation Salary $55,000–$68,000 About The Company Our client is a well-established manufacturing company with more than 40 years of operating history.
