RN - Ambulatory Profession: Nursing Specialty: Outpatient Clinic Duration: 8 Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Valid state RN license Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Experience with Epic charting system Description: Associate Caregiver Health RN outpatient clinic position. First-timers are accepted for this role. The schedule consists of 5 days of 8-hour shifts on weekdays. The day shift runs from 8 am to 4:30 pm. During flu season, hours may vary; shifts could start as early as 6 am and end as late as 7 pm. Floating between affiliated facilities is required. The role involves supporting an employee health clinic. Responsibility includes performing health screenings, fit testing, vaccinations, and evaluations for injury/illness prevention. Experience in telephone triage and patient education is beneficial. Additional skills required include obtaining vital signs and interpreting laboratory results. Travelers may float between nearby facilities as needed. Refusal to float may result in assignment termination. Providers must possess effective communication abilities. Preference is given to candidates with experience in community hospital settings. All applicants must be willing to work most likely not on weekends. Modules are required pre-start and annually.
