You will collaborate with experienced cross-functional teams and contribute to building a strong project management culture across the organisation.Your main tasks:Lead and oversee a portfolio of engineering and manufacturing projects, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, budget, and quality targetsDrive cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teamsManage project risks, dependencies, priorities, and escalations to ensure smooth execution across the portfolioProvide executive-level reporting and portfolio visibility, including progress updates, milestone tracking, and resource planningEnsure consistent application of project governance, change management, and lifecycle management processesSupport and mentor Project Managers by promoting best practices, execution discipline, and continuous improvementAct as the key point of accountability for portfolio delivery performance and strategic execution alignmentYour ideal profile:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical fieldMinimum 7 years of experience in project or program management within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environmentsProven experience managing multiple complex projects and stakeholders in a matrix organisationStrong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills with the ability to influence at different organisational levelsExperience with project and product lifecycle tools such as SAP, Teamcenter, Tableau, or MS ProjectKnowledge of project governance methodologies and continuous improvement practices (PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or similar)Familiarity with manufacturing and product development processes such as NPI, APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, and PFMEA is considered an advantage#jobsEMEAAKABOUT TE CONNECTIVITYTE Connectivity plc (NYSE: TEL) is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
