About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Account Management to take on a pivotal role in leading the account management function and ensuring the commercial health of enterprise accounts. This executive will be responsible for gross and net revenue retention, as well as for driving expansion within the installed base. The successful candidate will establish the foundations of the account management function, including the development of playbooks and forecasting rhythms, and will lead a team to execute these strategies. A key aspect of the role is the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of a health system, from operational to executive, and to translate the outcomes of AI technology into commercial growth. Applicants for the VP of Account Management position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or strategic sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. The role requires a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales within complex health systems, experience in designing and scaling executive business review processes, and the ability to build and run structured account planning processes. The ideal candidate will have executive presence, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Salesforce. Familiarity with conversational AI, voice AI, or agentic AI, as well as experience in patient access, engagement, or revenue cycle within a health system, is advantageous. The role demands a strategic thinker who can work cross-functionally and is adept at managing commercial relationships with a focus on business outcomes.
