Country: USA Job Overview Infosys is seeking a Senior Program Manager—a strategic leader responsible for driving large‑scale transformation and service delivery programs by establishing integrated delivery and governance models for global clients. The successful candidate will lead end‑to‑end transformation initiatives, including greenfield implementations, where new platforms, processes, and operating models are built from the ground up. This role requires the ability to bridge business strategy, technology, and execution, ensuring measurable outcomes and sustained business value. Experience in leading AI‑enabled programs and leveraging AI to drive efficiency, innovation, and decision‑making will be a key differentiator. The Program Manager will be accountable for aligning with client objectives, ensuring service resilience and scalability, and delivering high levels of client and end‑user satisfaction. The role spans Service Excellence, Automation, Digital and AI‑led transformation, Customer Experience, and Operations, with a strong emphasis on managing complex, multi‑service line programs at scale. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education. 22+ years of relevant experience, majority in Information Technology programs. 12+ years of relevant experience managing large complex programs in any one industry vertical. Experience managing senior stakeholders and complex ecosystems, including external partners. Excellent team management abilities. Effective communication and team leadership skills. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of the following hub locations (Indianapolis, IN; Richardson, TX; Phoenix, AZ; Hartford, CT; Raleigh, NC; Houston, TX; Bellevue, WA) or willing to relocate. Ability to travel extensively. Authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications Pre‑Sales Support: manage pursuit programs, collaborate with other units to develop client‑specific solutions, drive customer workshops, pre‑RFP discussions, and thought leadership. Program Delivery: define program plan, strategy, and business benefits; manage sponsors and stakeholders; take end‑to‑end bottom‑line responsibility for a pursuit; achieve delivery goals with respect to time, budget, functionality, and quality; ensure right staffing and mitigate resourcing issues; manage risks; create status reports for management and customers; assist in defining business case; oversee budget and vendor management; network and challenge estimates; apply Agile practices; identify opportunities to support sales growth; demonstrate strong analytical skills and domain expertise; maintain interpersonal customer orientation.
