Program Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Program Manager for a Contract with a client in Raritan, NJ. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in Siemens Camstar/Opcenter and strong capability in driving cross-functional project execution aligned with quality and schedule .

Rate Range: $37/Hour to $45/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Program Manager Job Responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end MES program lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Manage resource allocation, program risks, dependencies, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Drive implementation and optimization of MES solutions (Siemens Camstar/Opcenter preferred).
• Monitor program performance, generate reports, and communicate status to leadership and stakeholders.
• Mentor teams, ensure adherence to standard methodologies, and continuously improve program processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in MES program management within manufacturing environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Siemens Camstar/Opcenter and end-to-end MES implementations.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, program risks, and deliver projects within scope, schedule, and budget.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $45.00 per hour
