Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions through detailed assessments and establish accurate diagnoses.
• Design individualized treatment plans, employing a variety of evidence-based rehabilitation practices that may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
• Manage a caseload of approximately seven patients daily, ensuring each patient receives focused attention to their recovery.
• Provide ongoing education and support to patients and their families regarding rehabilitation exercises and strategies for long-term wellness.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary, maintaining compliant and up-to-date clinical records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate multidisciplinary care and enhance patient outcomes.
• Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure alignment with organizational goals and continuing education in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will serve at Good Reps Rehab Center primarily consist of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and various musculoskeletal disorders. You will have the opportunity to work closely with diverse populations, and your role will significantly impact their journey towards recovery and rehabilitation. Qualifications

• Current New York State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with a Master's or Doctorate degree preferred.
• A minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient setting, showcasing a strong foundation in rehabilitation practices.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in treating orthopedic conditions and knowledge of current rehabilitation trends.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, including documentation standards and reporting.
• Certification in specialized therapies, such as Dry Needling, Kinesiotaping, or similar modalities, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
