Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions online, effectively utilizing telehealth platforms to engage clients and deliver therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves children, teens, and young adults who may be experiencing a variety of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current Licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, or emerging adults.

• An active National Provider Identifier (NPI) number is essential for this role.

• Availability to engage with a minimum commitment of 5 hours per week.

• Comfortable using digital tools and technology to deliver effective teletherapy sessions.

• Existing credentialing with Medicare is a plus, enhancing your capacity to serve diverse populations.

• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check as part of the hiring process.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, along with performance-based incentives.
