Litigation Paralegal

A international Law Firm is seeking a Litigation paralegal to join their firm on site in Los Angeles. Responsibilities: Manage hard copy and electronic document productions, including client, opposing counsel, and third-party materials. Maintain case files and organize documents on firm-approved electronic platforms. Assist attorneys in preparing court filings, including statements, declarations, briefs, and appendices. Proofread, cite-check, format, file, and serve legal documents in compliance with court rules. Maintain case calendars, track deadlines, and coordinate scheduling using firm systems. Prepare for depositions, hearings, conferences, and trials by organizing documents, exhibits, and logistics. Requirements: 3+ years experience as a Litigation paralegal Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel The annual base salary range is $80,000 to $115,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
