Let's get started!Position Summary:As a Medical Billing and Collections Representative, you will be responsible for managing delinquent medical accounts and ensuring timely resolution. This includes assisting patients with payment arrangements, addressing account inquiries, and submitting accounts to internal teams for insurance follow-up when appropriate.
