Key Responsibilities: * Greet customers promptly and professionally at their vehicle to begin the service experience * Install protective floor mats and seat covers to ensure vehicle cleanliness and care * Accurately gather and input customer and vehicle information using Wi-Advisor or dealership software * Conduct a detailed walk-around inspection with the customer, noting any visible concerns * Listen attentively to customer concerns and document service needs clearly in the CRM * Review and recommend scheduled maintenance services based on vehicle history and manufacturer guidelines * Clearly explain the benefits of the complimentary multi-point inspection and what it includes * Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure customer concerns are properly diagnosed * Provide accurate estimates for recommended services and obtain customer approvals * Maintain regular communication with customers regarding vehicle status, additional findings, or delays * Handle service follow-ups, including post-service check-ins to ensure satisfaction * Coordinate with parts department to ensure timely availability of necessary components * Process repair orders, warranty claims, and payment transactions efficiently and accurately * Maintain an organized and clean service write-up area * Uphold dealership standards for customer service, professionalism, and compliance * Qualifications: * Valid Driver’s License * 2+ years of experience in a Service Advisor role * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills * What We Offer: * Comprehensive union benefits package including: * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * Pension plan * Paid vacations and holidays * Employee discounts on vehicles, service, and parts * Paid factory training and ongoing development opportunities * A positive and supportive workplace culture with a focus on teamwork and professional growth
