Pay Range: $23-$30 an hour (all-inclusive)

At Chestnut Woods Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center , we believe that consistent, well-coordinated staffing is essential to delivering safe, high-quality resident care. Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence , the Scheduler plays a key role in ensuring adequate staffing coverage, supporting nursing operations, and maintaining compliance with facility policies and procedures.

Responsibilities for Scheduler:

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with staff to support effective scheduling and staffing coverage.

• Utilize strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate scheduling and staffing records.

• Complete monthly nursing schedules, coordinating time-off requests and shift coverage to ensure appropriate staffing levels across units.

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures related to staffing, scheduling, and labor requirements.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records and make timely adjustments as staffing needs change.

• Communicate schedule updates clearly and professionally with staff and leadership.

• Support overall staffing efficiency and assist in resolving scheduling conflicts or coverage gaps.

Qualifications for Scheduler:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

• Strong data entry skills with accuracy and efficiency.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Ability to provide excellent customer service to staff and maintain a professional, supportive demeanor.
