Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, engaging clients through a variety of formats including individual sessions, family therapy, and group therapy.

• Prepare and document session notes, treatment plans, and progress reports, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients in distress, utilizing appropriate de-escalation techniques.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Rosewood, you will work with a diverse clientele, providing support to individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related conditions, and more. You will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their unique circumstances, helping them navigate their mental health journeys and achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.

• Active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
