Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate the needs and goals of clients.

• Develop tailored treatment plans based on assessment findings and therapeutic goals, incorporating evidence-based methodologies.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to facilitate client healing and growth.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet changing needs.

• Maintain detailed clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care doctors, to ensure comprehensive care and continuity of service.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through continuing education opportunities to enhance your therapeutic skills.

• Maintain open communication with clients, providing guidance and support to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns. It is essential that you possess a comfort and familiarity with various cultural backgrounds to effectively connect with and support our clients throughout their healing journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active clinical licensure in the state of Pennsylvania as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
\n
• A minimum of three years of experience in providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting.
\n
• Proficiency in developing and implementing treatment plans and clinical case notes.
\n
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.
\n
• Ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries while fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.

• Previous involvement in community outreach initiatives aimed at mental health awareness and education.

• Experience working with specialized populations, such as veterans, children, or those from marginalized communities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
