Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and creative E-commerce & Web Store Manager to oversee our online retail operations, manage digital storefronts, and elevate our visual brand presence. In this multifaceted role, you will take ownership of daily web store management, online order processing, platform optimization, and the creation of new and existing web products.
Key Responsibilities
· Storefront & Catalog Management: Maintain and optimize our e-commerce platforms, updating product listings, pricing, inventory levels, and visual merchandising to maximize user experience.
· Graphic Design & Content Creation: Design eye-catching digital graphics, promotional banners, social media assets, email marketing creatives, and product imagery that align with our brand identity.
· Returns & Exchanges: Manage the end-to-end returns workflow, including issuing RMAs, processing refunds, and coordinating with the accounting department.
· Website & Technical Oversight: Monitor site performance, troubleshoot navigation or checkout errors, and ensure visual consistency and layout integrity across all web pages. Assist customers with website navigation issues, account logins, and checkout errors.
· Order Management: Process, track, and update web orders using our internal order process and shipping platforms.
· Customer Support: Resolve customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone regarding product availability, shipping status, and promotions.
· Social Media Engagement: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and direct messages across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter) to ensure a consistent brand voice & customer experience.
Skills & Qualifications
· Graphic Design Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using design tools (such as the Adobe Creative Cloud suite like Photoshop and Illustrator or Canva) to create professional marketing materials and web graphics.
· Platform Expertise: Proven hands-on experience managing E-commerce platforms (such as Shopify, BigCommerce, Amazon, or eBay) and CRM/support software.
· Visual & Brand Acumen: Strong aesthetic sensibility with a deep understanding of layout, typography, and digital marketing.
· Communication & Problem-Solving: Exceptional written communication skills alongside the ability to troubleshoot technical bottlenecks.
· Attention to Detail: High accuracy in handling product data, SKUs, visual assets, and transaction records.
