Surgical Onsite Specialist - Los Angeles

Application closes: June 5, 2026. Job Overview This remote position requires the successful candidate to reside within the Los Angeles and Pasadena territory and drive to multiple accounts. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time are essential. Territory Los Angeles and Pasadena, CA. Job Responsibilities Provide real‑time procedural assistance for Surgical Centers of Therapy (COTs). Offer technical expertise and troubleshooting support to ensure successful product usage. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries during on‑site procedures. Identify and report concerns and opportunities to the Surgical Account Manager (SAM). Perform equipment and software upgrades and conduct fleet audits to ensure optimal product performance and compliance. Lead in‑service training sessions for physicians, residents, and surgical staff on surgical product applications. Support Resident Labs, MedEd courses, RPEs, and Continuing Education (CE) programs. Assist SAM with product trials, implementation, and conversion initiatives. Maintain accurate tracking and availability of surgical products for smooth procedure execution. Success Metrics Achieve or exceed sales objectives by driving product utilization and customer engagement. Secure base business and expand new accounts through effective procedural support. Generate and track leads in Salesforce to fuel growth and business expansion. Product Portfolio Alignment Stapling Energy Access & Instrumentation (A&I), OR Safety, Wound Closure, GYN & Hernia. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of 1 year of required experience. Field‑based role requiring approximately 25% travel. Nice to Have 1+ year of clinical experience in the operating room. B2B sales experience. Desired Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong computer skills—Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, MS Teams. Strong drive for results; action‑oriented; strong work ethic and career ambition. Ability to develop and present complex product demonstrations.
