Job Description

BilingualCall Center Representative (Temporary – 1 Month)

Location: Bradenton, FL (IN OFFICE)

Pay: $19.00/hour

Assignment Length: Approximately 1 Month

Available Shifts (Monday-Friday):

6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
(All shifts include a 30-minute lunch.)

Bilingual Opportunity: Three openings require fluency in both English and Spanish.

Ad-Vance Talent Solutions is seeking customer-focused Call Center Representatives to support the Manatee County School Board Transportation Department during a one-month project. In this role, you'll assist parents, guardians, and the public by answering calls, responding to messages, and providing transportation-related information in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding school transportation.
Respond to messages and provide accurate information.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Escalate issues when appropriate.
Deliver outstanding customer service while handling a high volume of calls.
Follow established procedures and confidentiality guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
At least one year of customer service experience.
At least one year of office or call center experience.
Strong communication and computer skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Must successfully pass a background screening.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply, as three positions require Spanish fluency.
