CNC Machinist/Programmer

CNC Programmer/Setup MachinistAdvance Resources LLC is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Setup Machinist to join our manufacturing team. We're looking for someone who can independently program, set up, and operate Haas CNC equipment while producing high-quality precision parts in a fast-paced shop environment.ResponsibilitiesProgram, set up, and operate Haas CNC milling and turning machines.Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.Edit, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC programs as needed.Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.Maintain quality standards while meeting production schedules.Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.Maintain and use your own basic machinist tools.Minimum Education RequiredRequiredExperience programming, setting up, and operating CNC mills and lathes.Hands-on experience with:Haas VF-3 Vertical MillHaas SL-30T CNC LatheAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Strong understanding of machining practices, tooling, and inspection methods.Basic math and measurement skills.Good organizational and problem-solving skills.Valid driver's license.Must provide your own basic machinist tools.Minimum Experience RequiredHigh school diploma or equivalent.Experience with Haas controls.What We OfferCompetitive pay: $28.00–$36.00 per hour, based on experience.Full-time, first-shift schedule.Stable, on-site position.Competitive benefits package discussed during the interview and hiring process.Veterans are encouraged to apply.No pre-employment drug test.Location: Lonsdale, MNPay: $28.00–$36.00/hour (Based on Experience)Schedule: Full-Time | 1st ShiftOpenings: 1Postal Code: 55046Job Type: Full TimePlace of Work: On-siteEmail your resume and any certifications (if available) to View email address on click.appcast.io.
