Earn $28-$45/hour based on experience Multiple shifts available including weekends 4-day workweek options (Monday-Thursday) available Clean, climate-controlled, high-tech manufacturing environment Work on precision components for medical and aerospace applications Modern CNC equipment including Haas and multi-axis machines Strong leadership and team-oriented culture Long-term career growth and advancement opportunities Stable, growing company with consistent workloads CNC Machinist Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and/or Swiss machining centers Perform tooling changes, offset adjustments, and machine troubleshooting Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions Make minor program edits and adjustments at the machine Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections Use precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, indicators, and gauges Machine aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and specialty materials to tight tolerances Run both short-run and high-volume production jobs Complete production and quality documentation using electronic systems and tablets Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards Collaborate with programmers, engineers, and quality teams to ensure successful production Qualifications Required Minimum 1 year of CNC machining experience Experience operating CNC mills, lathes, and/or Swiss machines Ability to perform setups, tool changes, and offset adjustments Experience using precision measuring instruments Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Reliable attendance and commitment to quality workmanship Preferred Experience with Haas CNC machines Multi-axis machining experience Swiss machining experience Experience in medical device, aerospace, or precision manufacturing environments Knowledge of tight-tolerance machining and geometric tolerancing (GD&T) Pay & Benefits $28-$45/hour DOE Overtime opportunities available Multiple shift options to fit your schedule Weekend shift opportunities Monday-Thursday schedules available Clean, organized, climate-controlled shop State-of-the-art CNC equipment Career development and advancement opportunities Contract-to-hire pathway Work for a global leader in drive and motion technology Ideal Candidates Have Experience As: CNC Machinist CNC Mill Machinist CNC Lathe Machinist Swiss Machinist Setup Machinist CNC Operator CNC Setup Technician Multi-Axis Machinist Precision Machinist Tooling Technician Manufacturing Technician Aerospace Machinist Medical Device Machinist Haas Machinist Apply Today If you're ready to join a company that invests in its people, values craftsmanship, and offers long-term stability, apply now to be considered for this CNC Machinist opportunity.
