Remote Medical History Intake Specialist — Bilingual
INDIGO
INDIGO is hiring for a non-clinical, remote healthcare role focused on patient interactions. You will contact patients in English and Spanish, collect and organize medical histories, and ensure records are accurate and complete using templates and training.
The role emphasizes structured, repeatable work with established workflows, and includes in-depth onboarding at our San Mateo location before remote work. Fluency in Spanish is required and prior healthcare experience is helpful.
