The Human Resources Administrator provides comprehensive HR and administrative support to ensure efficient execution of employment processes, payroll administration, employee record management, and HR compliance activities. The role serves as a key resource for employees and management, supporting a positive workplace culture and delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities Assist with the recruitment process by preparing position requisitions, coordinating employment advertising, conducting background checks, and maintaining applicant tracking records. Maintain applicant flow data to support affirmative action (AA) and equal employment opportunity (EEO) compliance. Conduct new hire orientation and ensure completion of all required employment documentation, including tax forms and employment eligibility verification. Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel records and ensure proper filing and record retention. Update and maintain employee information within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Verify payroll information, process employee changes, and maintain records of attendance, vacation, sick leave, and personal time. Prepare and submit personnel action forms related to compensation changes, promotions, transfers, bonuses, incentives, and leave of absence administration. Assist with workers’ compensation administration, injury reporting, recordkeeping, OSHA documentation, and return‑to‑work tracking. Support site safety initiatives by coordinating drug testing, communicating with healthcare providers, attending safety meetings, and preparing safety‑related documentation. Assist with employee engagement programs, including employee assistance programs, tuition reimbursement programs, company events, recognition activities, and charitable initiatives. Provide outstanding customer service while supporting the organization’s quality management and compliance programs. Collaborate effectively with team members and perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives. Education High school diploma or GED required. Additional education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Experience Previous experience in Human Resources, payroll administration, office administration, or a related field preferred. Experience maintaining confidential employee records and supporting HR processes preferred. Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processes is a plus. Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Microsoft Office certification preferred. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Knowledge of employment documentation, onboarding processes, and HR compliance practices preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and perform keyboarding activities throughout the workday. Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 pounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr
