About the Opportunity
The Accounting Manager will play a key role in building and scaling the accounting function for two new manufacturing facilities in Georgetown and Taylor, TX. This is a high-impact position focused on system implementation, IFRS to GAAP transition, and establishing processes in a fast-growing, startup-like manufacturing environment backed by a public parent company.

The Accounting Manager will play a key role in building and scaling the accounting function for two new manufacturing facilities in Georgetown and Taylor, TX. Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $125K - $150K

Key Responsibilities
- Lead setup and optimization of accounting systems (SAP environment)
- Manage IFRS to GAAP conversion and ensure U.S. compliance
- Oversee month-end close process, including first U.S. close
- Prepare and review financial statements and reporting packages
- Perform variance analysis and financial analysis
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Partner with leadership to scale accounting operations alongside plant growth
- Support process improvements and system enhancements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA required
- 10+ years of accounting experience
- 2-3+ years of leadership/management experience
- Strong experience with financial reporting and month-end close
- ERP system experience required (SAP preferred)
- Mandarin fluency required
