What hours will you be working? Flexible working hours - up to 20 hours a week, mainly Fridays and Saturdays. What you’ll be doing as a Front of House Team Member Increasing sales through friendly service and conversation, recommending drinks and upselling. Ensuring the cleanliness of tables and seating areas meet our high standards for every customer you greet. Working as part of a team to deliver excellent standards of customer service, ensuring each and every customer receives the best service possible. Attention to detail to ensure you serve the customer with the correct order every time. Undertaking continual training to develop your skills and knowledge.
