Director, IT Business Partner - Neuromodulation

LivaNova seeks a Director of IT Business Partnership for its Neuromodulation division to serve as a strategic technology leader aligned with the CIO. The role involves collaborating with senior business leadership to develop technology strategy, oversee digital transformation initiatives, and drive measurable business outcomes through innovation and data-driven capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Neuromodulation president and senior leadership to establish technology vision and strategy
- Oversee execution of high-impact digital transformation programs and strategic initiatives
- Develop and manage IT governance frameworks, policies, and performance metrics
- Lead workforce strategy including talent sourcing, training, and development
- Build data-driven culture and establish mechanisms for data asset governance and compliance
Requirements
- Executive leadership experience managing IT strategy and business partnerships
- Proven expertise in digital transformation and enterprise technology platforms
- Deep understanding of data analytics, governance, and business intelligence capabilities
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Azure, or comparable enterprise systems
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, privacy, and security frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships
