The work setting for this position is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth technology to conduct therapy sessions. The primary work hours will be determined by patient appointment schedules, allowing for some flexibility in your daily routine.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing various behavioral and mental health challenges. Our patient population appreciates a culturally sensitive approach to care, and your ability to connect with them through telehealth is crucial. While bi-lingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are preferred, our team values the unique perspectives and backgrounds each counselor brings to the practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling or a related field.

• Current valid license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

While not required, prior experience in a telehealth environment or in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting is highly valued. Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $87,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
