Wealth Business Analyst III

Responsibilities: Provide analytical and administrative support on execution of divisional, group and team projects including reporting, analytics, insights and process reviews, while serving as subject‑matter expert for various bank and wealth systems, products, services and processes. Participate in project management activities. Develop and maintain periodic leadership reports and analyses related to business performance, system functionality, training, and departmental initiatives necessary to management. Serve as a subject‑matter expert for assigned area around divisional products, services, systems and policies/procedures. Conduct industry research and competitive analysis as needed and focus on process improvement. Perform various administrative tasks such as creating presentations, organizing meetings, assembling marketing materials. Assist with training staff on new processes, systems, programs. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or marketing, or equivalent education and related training. Six or more years of experience in analytical role within financial services industry or similar, or have participated in an enterprise‑sponsored Leadership Development Program. Demonstrated project management and coordination skills in a professional or financial services environment. Strong quantitative analysis skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively lead meetings with key partners and collaborate with individuals at any level of the organization. Ability to work independently.
