About the Position

CPI and TNCC preferred. Must-Have: - 2 years of experience in an Emergency Room - Experience with a patient ratio of 1:4 - Proficient in charting with EPIC Description: Seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room. Must be willing to work night shifts, requiring weekend coverage every third weekend. The nurse will be responsible for a patient ratio of 1:4. Should have experience in managing various emergency conditions, such as trauma and acute illnesses. Possessing strong skills in phlebotomy, intubation, and medication administration is essential. Must demonstrate proficiency in handling emergency medications and procedures, including procedural sedation and blood product administration. Experience in caring for diverse patient populations, including pediatrics and geriatrics, is required. Must adhere to all infection control protocols and be familiar with isolation precautions. Ability to manage violent behavior and perform mental health assessments is expected. Candidates should be capable of triaging patients effectively in a fast-paced environment. Availability for on-call duties is not required. The facility provides various interdisciplinary support services to enhance patient care. The daily census is approximately 127 visits per day, with a total of 38 beds in the unit. **Note: Compliance with all required certifications is crucial for this role.**
