Manufacturing Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the industrial engineering department supporting production and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and a passion for continuous improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Solve problems efficiently to minimize downtime and optimize productivity
• Accelerate deliveries and reduce missing parts through process enhancements
• Quickly fix quality issues to maintain high standards
• Sustain improvements and performances across manufacturing processes

What's Needed?

• Engineer degree in a relevant field
• Experience in Supply Chain, FAL, Manufacturing Engineering, or Quality
• At least 4 years of experience in the domain
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage priorities and overcome setbacks effectively
